Honest Diagnosis Before Anyone Picks Up a Tool

There are two ways to deal with a septic problem: the fast way and the right way. The fast way is to throw parts at it, guess at the cause, or push the most expensive repair on a homeowner who can't see what's underground. The right way is to find out what's actually wrong. Before we recommend anything, we look at the whole system, and the only work we suggest is work that solves a real problem.

How long a repair takes depends on the job. Some septic repairs are one-hour fixes like replacing a baffle, while bigger jobs like rebuilding a drain field take longer. However long it takes, the process is the same: figure out why the system failed, then pick the smallest fix that actually solves it.

Common Septic Repairs We Handle

Baffle Replacement

Inlet and outlet baffles guide the flow inside the tank. When one fails, solids start escaping into the leach field and the trouble grows fast. A new baffle is among the cheapest, most useful repairs you can do.

Pump Repair and Replacement

Homes that depend on pumps need them running clean. We diagnose pump failures, repair what can be saved, and swap units that have done their time. We service common brands and keep parts on the truck whenever we can.

Distribution Box Repair

A cracked or tipped d-box sends too much effluent to one stretch of field and not enough to the rest. We straighten, reseal, or replace as needed to even out the load and protect the field.

Pipe and Line Repair

Cracked inlet or outlet pipes, collapsed lateral lines, and stubborn tree roots all show up here. We locate the trouble, dig only where needed, and repair or replace the section that's actually broken.

Tank Lid and Riser Installation

A cracked or sunken lid is a safety risk and a hassle every time the tank needs service. We replace damaged lids and install risers that bring access points up to ground level, which saves time on every future pump-out.

Drain Field Assessment and Repair

A struggling field doesn't always need a full rebuild. Resting the field, fixing flow upstream, or treating with the right additives can sometimes bring it back. We'll tell you straight whether a smaller fix has a real shot before we quote bigger work.

Not Sure What's Wrong? Start With a Diagnosis.

If you can't pin down why you're having trouble, the first step is an inspection. We'll evaluate the system, locate the source of the problem, and give you a clear list of corrective options. From there, whether to proceed is up to you.

Urgent Repairs and Backups

Some problems can't wait. If a sewage backup or a failed pump on a pressurized system has stopped your household cold, call us right away. During our calling hours, Monday through Saturday from 8am to 6pm, we answer urgent calls quickly and rearrange the day to fit you in.

When you reach us about a backup, we'll tell you what to stop doing inside the house, give you a straight read on how serious it is, and send a crew as soon as we can.
